Mr. O’.Proubin Browne is an experienced security consultant with in Physical Security and Equipment specification. Completing certification courses in Industrial Locksmithing, Electronic Access control systems, Managing Terrorism and Comprehensive Security Specialist Training he earned the designation Security Management Coordinator in 2005 from the Bluegrass Kentucky Community college and a Certification as a Professional Security Manager from The Canyon College in Idaho

In 2006 he expanded his expertise by completing an automotive locksmithing training and certification 

Between 2007 to 2019 Mr.Browne has been practicing his profession in several facets including , A former security manager at Liamuiga Security, Design and installation of the video surveillance system for 2007 ICC cricket world cup at warner park in St. Kitts, Gate security check point (walk through body Scanners)provision for various music festival and carnival events,  Hotel Master keying system, Multi door Card Access systems design and installation of various other electronic security solutions. 

In 2018 Mr. Browne created a division of his LockHed Security Consulting dubbed Alarm.KN to provide home security solutions and commercial security options for the federation to improved not only security services but also a better quality of life for the end user
